| In order to adapt to the demands of social development and conducive to the new curriculum reform, the implementation to the students as the center of the new curriculum requirements, realizing national " priority to the development of education, the construction of human resources power" strategy, the teaching reform will rise to a new height. As the main force of education in the future,it is one of the core issues of education teaching management, how to make faster and better growth of novice teachers and better adapt to the teaching reform. At present, all countries in the world are aware that the promotion of teachers’ professional level is the most important task and actively exploring ways to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality. Therefore, how to quickly realize the transformation of novice teachers to expert teachers has become a key research topic in the 13 th five-year plan of education.Concept teaching of mathematics is a kind of common class in high school. In this paper, through the method of literature research method, interview and field investigation, collect six high school mathematical novice teachers and expert teachers of different fields of mathematics concept teaching materials.Through observation and interview, two kinds of teachers were compared before class;Through teaching based on the concept of APOS theory pattern at the beginning of the four stages as compared with the high school mathematics concept teaching process between novice teachers and expert teachers, learning method and improved from previous studies, the time distribution, teaching content, interaction between teachers and students in three aspects;with the help of the comparison between teaching evaluation and the work reflected in the class,it is more objective to find out the shortcomings of novice teachers compared to expert teachers. The study is divided into six aspects: first of all,the paper comprehensive analysis and research on related literature between novice teachers and expert teachers;the second, based on APOS theory, the paper analyzes and studies the teaching of specific mathematical concepts;the third,by observing and interviewing,we compared the pre-class preparation of teachers between novice teachers with expert teachers from the three aspects of preparation, analysis and concept;the fourth, through the classroom activity, from the time distribution, three aspects of teaching content, the interaction between teachers and students, for novice teachers and expert teachers based on the concept of APOS theory in mathematics teaching of three class of four links are compared;the fifth, from two aspects of novice teachers and expert teachers after class in the early evaluation on the basis of the comparison, one is to use R-statistical software to analyze the data from classroom quiz, comparing two types of teachers’ classroom teaching whether there are significant differences, the two are the reflection of teachers themselves;the sixth,we get the conclusions and recommendations of the study in the paper. The research conclusion: First of all,the ability of novice teachers to prepare theoretical contact information needs to be further improved;the second, the ability of the active stage to integrate real life into the mathematical thinking needs to be further strengthened in the concept teaching, the process stage needs to be further to enlighten students to explore understanding;the object stage has to be improved in the application of mathematical concept, the ability of the schema stage to strengthen the construction of knowledge system needs to be greatly improved.Last of all,the focus and depth of the introspection in after-school reflection should accumulate experience. All in all,the advantages of expert teachers can’t be surpassed in terms of experience, but they still need to keep pace with The Times. The experience of novice teachers to accumulate need a process, but novice teachers who make good use of information technology and are full of passion, are worthy of our attention and study. This paper proposes some Suggestions for the conclusion, and hopes to provide some help for the professional development of novice teachers. |
