Since recent years, school social work by many scholars study and attention, along with the development of modern Vietnam School of Social Work in Vietnam has become the focus of attention of many scholars. Under article mainly based on cognitive behavioral therapy model, from the perspective of social work in Vietnam a middle school middle school student anxiety intervention study.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is mainly on China, Vietnam and the West for cognitive behavior therapy research status and school social work carried out literature review points out the main problems existing in social work in Vietnam, as well as with China and the West the gap between.The second part of the study schools were screened by questionnaire way to Hanoi, Vietnam was a middle school student anxiety disorder test to determine the object of study, the study design and feasibility analysis to determine intervention programs.The third part of social work mainly on cognitive behavioral therapy mode of intervention and anxiety disorder treatment is recorded and analyzed, from the establishment of professional relations, a clear case subject itself issues, exposure therapy, seeking social support and other aspects of anxiety patients intervention.The fourth part of this article Total parts, first put forward their ideas for the social work in Vietnam, affirmed the social work in cognitive behavioral therapy efficacy and effectiveness. There is also proposed inadequacies of the present study.With the help of social work intervention in Vietnam Students’ anxiety, improve and prove that cognitive behavioral therapy model at the effectiveness of social work and effectiveness. Vietnamese school of thought and social work to provide some help.
