The university teachers’ teaching culture identity is the teachers’ recognition and affirmation and support to teaching culture including material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture.The construction of teaching culture plays an important role in the aspects of promoting college teachers’ professional development and improving personnel training quality.Teachers’ teaching culture identity directly affects the result and speed of teaching culture construction. Therefore,the research of university teachers’ teaching cultural identity is very important to the construction of teaching culture.Thesis is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part: To clarify the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, and to define the core concepts.The second part: To analyze teaching culture, cultural identity and cultural identity by consulting literature at home and abroad and to summarize the shortcomings of previous research and enlightenment to this research.The third part: By using questionnaire to investigate the present situation of university teachers’ teaching cultural identity, cultural identity and to analysis the present situation of the university teachers’ teaching cultural identity.The fourth part: The survey is found that teachers in colleges and universities do well in teaching cultural identity However, thereare some problems in university teachers’ teaching cultural identity.Mainly includes: the lack of consciousness to teaching cultural cognitive identity;the lack of comprehensiveness to teaching cultural cognitive identity; the lack of motivation to teaching cultural emotional identity; Behavior identity behind the cognitive identity and emotional identity.then, to analysis the factors which influence university teachers’ teaching cultural identity from internal and external aspect.The fifth part: According to the above problems,come up with internal and external strategy to improve teachers’ teaching cultural identity Internal strategy: Improving the consciousness of teachers’ teaching culture cognitive identity; Expanding the comprehensiveness of teachers’ teaching culture cognitive identity; Strengthening the enthusiasm of teacher`s teaching culture emotional identity; reshaping the teacher’s teaching culture behavior identity. External strategies : Optimizing the management way basing on teachers; Building the teacher’s shared vision and the culture of teacher’s cooperation;Considering the teacher’s subjectivity in the process of the construction of “four elements” by adequately.
