| Self-efficacy is a famous American psychologist Albert Bandura in 1977 he puts forward. "Self-efficacy" is the degree of self-confidence in learning or some of their activities can achieve a certain level, is an individual’s perception of self. Self-efficacy affects students’ interest in learning, learning the driving force and the learning state of mind, a direct impact on students’ subjective feelings, thereby affecting the students’ learning process, and ultimately affect the outcome of learning.Self-efficacy has a significant impact on student learning, but in our country the use of self-efficacy theory to help students improve their motivation, and ultimately help improve student achievement study of the few, the self-efficacy theory and biological disciplines bound it is only a handful.This study is based on high school biology teaching, in order to be able to use self-efficacy theory to help students improve their motivation from the self-efficacy theory, the use of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to investigate the biological study of high school students self-efficacy the problems Situation self-efficacy teaching high school biology class, students’ actual level of self-efficacy, combined with high school students learning psychological characteristics.
