Since the implementation of new curriculum reform, all over the country raised a hot wave of searching teaching model, and a lot of the characteristic and influential teaching models have arisen. In the fall 2010 semester, according to the actual conditions of the students, Yuanjiang National Middle School independently put forward a kind of teaching model, which is called "352" teaching mode. It includes three principles, five links and two solutions. Through 6 years of practice and exploration, we have made rapidly progress and had a positive influence on society in "352" teaching mode. With the teaching model improved, it is very popular with our students, and gradually this teaching model has become our advantage. But in the implementation of the teaching mode, I found many shortcomings. with the development of the society and the change of the students, the original "352" teaching mode became too rigid, lack of flexibility, and didn`t ideally adapt to the current classroom teaching. Therefore, the teaching model must be refined urgently. We must explore an effective plan to promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching.The research mainly includes three aspects: first, analyse to the implementation of the "352" teaching mode of Yuanjiang National Middle School from quality and quantity. We mainly use the questionnaire survey analysis from the teachers and the students, and interview most of the teachers and the students. Secondly, combine with the results of the investigation and analysis, search lots of the literature, and then build an improved project of "352" teaching mode. Finally, to test the effectiveness of the improved scheme and provide a reference for other school about this teaching mode, our school has done a lot of practice and exploration for five months.The study is certainly successful. The main conclusion is: first, make the ways of doing the guiding case and learning case be more scientific and normalized and it can improve the quality of guiding case and learning case so that our students can be suitable with this teaching mode and accept it. Let the study of our students more effective. Besides, the team building should be scientific and reasonable. and our teachers should teach our students how to carry out the cooperation learning. And all of these are really important for our students during their cooperative learning. Next, the ways of the reasonable evaluation scheme is also very vital about the study of the students. Finally, certain achievements have been made in the study, according to the test of experimental classes and comparative classes, the effectiveness of this teaching mode has proved obviously. This improved project of "352" teaching mode is more operable and effective.It provides a reference for other classes and schools about "352" teaching mode.
