Practical learning is generally considered to be a relative form to the theoretical learning and carry out the study by practice. A current key issue of practical learning is that it is always in the "Theory- Practice" dualism, and lose the independence, as a vassal or an application of theory. When the Dualism is questioned closely, we can find that is due to the pursuit of "essentialist". Thus, this study attempts to adopt a kind of ideal of practice which is before theory and primordial, and thus reveal the integral, independent practical learning. The study is called the analysis of "existence", and by means of Heidegger’s fundamental ontological.This study is divided into four parts. The first part, based on the critique of “essentialism” in practical education and the analysis of things, and Aristotle’s analysis of Episteme, Techne and Phronesis, the "existence" of practice and practical learning has been preliminary definition.The second part bases on Heidegger’s Fundamental Ontology, extract to three concepts named taking care, understanding and interpretation. In the analysis of taking care, three characteristics of it including "totality", "possibility", "withdraw" has been summarized. In the analysis of understanding, the “Understanding” is an anticipatory understanding of possibility of Da-sein as a Whole in the future. Finally, In the analysis of interpretation, the study leads to Heidegger’s "understanding- interpretation" circle, while the statement is derived from the interpretation.In the third part, this study will analyze the structure of practical learning and practical teaching. Understanding is the foundation and purpose of practical learning. Thus, the practical learning is “taking care while interpretation”. Statement is derived from the interpretation, which makes the interaction and the practical teaching to be possible. The purpose of the practical teaching is to recover the relation of the things essentially. It is carried out through metaphor – similarity and metonymy- proximity.Finally, the study distinguishes practical education, science education and technical education. Practice teaching is the basis of science and technical education, while the practice teaching is deprived of science and technical education. Science education is thematic present. Technical education is a setting Ge-stell. In the deprivation of practical education, the Science and Technology become a solidification of habit, and miss the initiative to create. The structure of understanding has been forgotten. Thus, we must re-deconstruct the scientific knowledge and technology, and "return to practice learning".
