The Micro-controller course is a brand new teaching subject among several junior high schools recently. The course is aimed to promote young students’ recognition of information technologies and applications of computer intelligent control. Since computer-related courses are not listed in the test of unified examination, students are lack of motivation and consider the course are less important. Furthermore, the lacking of basic knowledge of information technology among students and the sharp learning curve of Micro-controller course, student usually have already lost their confidence before they rose any interests. In other countries,“Task-base teaching” is usually applied in language educations, here the author try to introduce this method to Micro-controller courses. The exploration key factors of the sustainability and efficiency of Micro-controller teaching in high school will promote the course extensively.The author try to stimulate the student’s learning interests of Micro-controller technology by properly applying the task-based leaning method, at same time to improve students’ understanding of basic concept, operation of micro-controller, and creating intelligent-controlled vehicle, adopt several online assisting tools to interact with students on and off class. This way of teaching helps student understanding micro-controller technology and also roses their learning interests of information technologies tremendously. The teaching practice shows that with online tools assistant the task-based teaching and learning method could effectively improve teaching result and help student achieve their learning objectives faster and easier.Although there are many merits of task-base learning method, to properly apply it, teachers still needs spending lots of time in the class design phase. And to effectively interacting with students, the usability and user-friend interface are key points of online assisting tools.
