Research On Reform Of Higher Vocational Education Training Mode

Higher vocational education, whose training goal is to develop high-quality technology applied talents in the line of production, construction, management, service, is a vital part of the higher education system in China. Recent years, higher vocational education development in our country has achieved obvious results, mainly reflected in: a marked increase in the number of vocational colleges, the inceasing expand in the scale, the obvious rising trend of enrollment and the number of students etc. However, with the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the demand of the society as a whole(especially enterprises) to the requirement of skilled talents more and more highly, higher vocational colleges to cultivate the line production personnel is not to satisfy the social demand for skilled workers, whic is mainly embodied in the following two aspects: first, social skills talents standard overall improve the comprehensive quality. Students should not only have strong practical operation ability, but also have the good psychological quality, innovation ability and strain capacity, etc.; Second,the required specification of the society for technical talents shows a trend of diversification. Due to the constant upgrading of the industrial structure and division of labor increasingly refined, the talent cultivation pattern of "one-size-fits-all" in the past already can not adapt to the enterprise’s needs. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should reform the traditional mode, improve educational characteristics and quality of talent training, to adapt to the social development in the long term trend.Personnel training mode is the core of higher vocational education quality factors, is also the emphasis and difficulty in the current reform of higher vocational education. To strengthen higher vocational education personnel training mode reform is the vitality of the current development of higher vocational colleges, and is the inevitable requirement of social development for higher vocational education.In this paper, through analysis and research of typical personnel training mode at home and abroad, regarding the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational education development in our country as the research background, and combiling with A professional talent training mode reform of successful cases,we will sum up experience to explore the suitable situation for our country’s higher vocational education personnel training mode. Finally, we’ll put forward the "one core, two, three linkage" of higher vocational talents training mode. "One core" refers to the ability training as the core; "Two combination" refers to the combination of the teaching content and position requirements, the combination of theory study and training practice; "Three linkage" refers to that the three of government, enterprise and school should form education force and develop a common implement talent training of higher vocational education.
