| Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, the employment problem of college students is not just about college students’ own interests, also related to the interests of the state and society, is a major economic and social problems. Expand the scale of enrollment in colleges and universities since 1999, the number of college graduates has grown, our country’s higher education has to shift from "elite education" to "mass education", college students "employment" has become a national general situation. At the same time, for various reasons, China’s planned delay retirement policy, extend the length of service of the workers in our country.
