The Study Of Assessment Index About The Personal Knowledge Management In E-Learning Environment

In the economy society based on the knowledge, personal knowledge is a strong competiveness strength for individual. Effectively assessing the ability and effectiveness of personal knowledge management in E-learning environment can help learners to find the weak links. It is good to develop the e-learning and improve the performance of study. Most existing assessment of personal knowledge management capabilities are qualitative assessment. The results are too subjective. This study uses the thought of fuzzy comprehensive to evaluate the abilities of personal knowledge management by establishing the evaluation matrix about personal knowledge management that using a scale of 5 to description the degree about the feeling of knowledge management. It uses the maximum membership degree principle to give specific evaluation result. It turns the subjective intuition into the specific coefficients. It does the comprehensive evaluation by the concept of fuzzy sets and math computing.This study analyzes the feature of e-learning environment, and finds the elements that affect the performance of personal knowledge management. It designs assessment model of personal knowledge management in e-learning environment. By exploring the evaluation index factors, the writer builds assessment index system and uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index. The evaluation index of personal knowledge management capability was carried out based on Sakai environment. To test the effectiveness of the evaluation index, the writer uses the model that based on fuzzy comprehensive method, and uses three fuzzy comprehensive evaluate to compute the result. Finally, the writer makes a summary for all study.
