A Study On The Current Situation And Strategy Of Communities Launching Early Education Services

In recent years, with the continuous development of material civilization, people put forward higher requirements for education, the age of education are constantly advanced. In developed regions of China, more and more parents began to pay attention to children’s pre-school education. In less developed regions of China,people for the demands of education, especially for early education demands, and the case material security and education services for which community provided to promote early childhood development,all of those become focus of this study.From the perspective of the community, with 11 street Shunqing District Nanchong City, Sichuan Province of less developed regions(zhongcheng city streets, north of the city streets, West Street, southeast of streets, new building streets, wufeng street,Hua Feng streets, peaceful streets, yingxi street, Jingxi street and Western Hills streets), the leaders and the infants parents in the community as the Study. This study mainly use interviews methods and questionnaires methods, and make questionnaire and interview outline for community leaders and community infants parents.Through the above interviews and questionnaires found that in less developed areas,urban community early education service has the following Status:(1) For parents, the parents of the community put higher forward to the community early education service; parents tend paid community early education services; parents attach great importance to early education; fewer parents to accept early education learning; most parents expect that the community can provide a fixed place for children’s toys, books,games, such as community children’s Center and toy Library. Infants parents like Family Games, expert lectures and consulting.(2) For communities, conditions of the community early education service is poor; the form of early childhood education services provided by community mainly focus on health stations, less focus on family counseling station, parent training and lectures; community invest less funds for early childhood education; communities have management vacancy in early childhood education service.Based on these findings, we propose relevant policy guidance:(1) Government establish a diversified investment mechanism to increase funding for community early education service; sound management mechanism to community early education service.(2) Communities improve conditions of community early education service;parents need to enhance education and training for parents.(3) parents actively participate in the early education learning for which community provides; enhance self-management and communicate self-needs; to actively participate in community volunteer service; to build community early education service system.
