Chinese language education reform needs the development of school-based Curriculum. "the usage and development of curriculum resources" requires schools make efforts to create the conditions for the development of Chinese curriculum resource based on the actual conditions of the local school, and teachers should highly be involved in the development.The Instrumental and Humanism of Language courses also require the curriculum fits to the learners and learning environment.With the deepening of reform, many areas and schools have been explored and practiced, and have achieved good results.However, in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture(referred to as "Aba"), Chinese school-based curriculum has not been effectively developed. According to the survey, those curriculum which are not related to the student’s real life and national culture of the uniform have been unable to meet the teaching needs.Therefore, on the basis of compliance with national curriculum standards and according to the actual situation in Aba region, the development of Chinese school-based course which is rich in folk culture characteristics is necessary.The nation is the world, the variety of the folk culture in Aba is Aba people’s thousands of years crystallization of wisdom and sweat, which has a high cultural value and educational value.Aba establishes folk culture as the language of school-based curriculum resources can not only enrich the language classroom, but also conducive to inherit and carry forward the local culture,and promote personality development of students as well.This paper references to the theoretical basis of the development of school-based research programs at home and abroad based and the successful experience of developed regions’ Chinese school curriculum development, carded Aba folk culture, effective resource extraction can be used as school-based curriculum development and utilization of curriculum development for the Chinese school in Aba provide material and analyze its value in order to explore the need for the development of Folk Literature Aba based curriculum.Then use the questionnaire and interviews to investigate the status based on the curriculum development in Aba area, and summarized the existence of serious problems which, combined with theoretical knowledge on the basis of factors Aba delve into Chinese school curriculum development, mainly from the education sector, school leaders determining the relevant measures, teachers and students and parents and so on.Finally,according to the contents of the Aba Tibetan folk literary language as the school-based curriculum resources development objectives, principles, curriculum development and design, and selectionof content to explore other aspects of evaluation.In this paper, Aba Chinese school curriculum development provides a theoretical approaches and practical steps, while promoting language teaching Aba also provides a reference basis for school-based curriculum development in ethnic minority areas to other.
