| Professional practice is an important part of full-time Professional Master education. It is the core and breakthrough of training mode reform of applied talents. Joint training base is organized by college, enterprise and other practical departments and research institution, it has become an important platform of Professional Master education in professional practice.Its operation is much attention, it also affects the quality of postgraduate education and long-term development of Professional Master education. So if we can design a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of joint training base performance, it has a very important role in further strengthening cooperation between college, enterprise and other practical departments and research institution and improving the training quality.In this article,we choose the training base of engineering field in Guangdong Province as the research object and main source of research data, through the field research of 5 training bases organized by H university and enterprise, research institution, I analyze the present situation, existing problems of construction and management, then identify the key factors influencing the performance of the training base. Guided by the related theories, combined with the analysis of the relevant policy of The Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, based on the logic model, I construct a performance evaluation framework of Professional Master joint training base. Then based on the literature research and data analysis, I propose the ideal model for the Professional Master joint training base. On the basis of above research, according to the related principles of indicator construction, I construct a draft of the performance evaluation index system of joint training base of Guangdong Province. It consists of four dimensions: base condition, management system, personnel training, cooperative efforts.Secondly, screen and modify the indicators through expert consultation, then determine the final indicators. I select the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to give the performance evaluation model a weight. Eventually I establish the performance evaluation index system of joint training base, it consists of 4 first-level indicators: base condition, management system, personnel training, cooperative efforts, staffing, infrastructure, capital investment and other 12 secondary indicators, mentor team, management team, research and development team and other 29 tertiary indicators. |
