With the rapid development of the Internet, the information technology based online learning is becoming more and more common. O nline learning can overcome geographical restrictions, and allows the users to make study plan according to their own circumstances, which greatly facilitate the users.However, most online education, online learning system, except provide teaching resources, did nothing to separate users from each other. Use the same template for all users on the one hand have a negative impact on the users learning initiative, on the other hand can not make full use of resources. In addition, most of the traditional online learning system only provides learning resources, such as video、audio、 documents and other learning materials, however, it ignores the teacher’s guidance and supervision activity, which is also have a bad effect on their study process.Base on the traditional online learning system, we are going to make some improvement, including the following sections:(1)In order to facilitate user and improve learning efficiency, we designed and implemented the network video learning modules. By colleting the online teaching video and invoking the searching interface provided by other company, we provided an access for the user to learn easily. Besides, we collect user’s behavior information, use the improved association rules recommendation algorithm to provide the recommended videos.(2)In order to facilitate the user to view information conveniently and to check learning task efficiently, we designed and implemented the personal desktop module, allowing user to set the display information by their own desire. Use the XML document to store the section information and use standardization making the system scalable.(3)In order to facilitate the user to take self- test, we designed and implemented the self-testing module. By introducing the Bloom cognitive model, segment the question’s difficulty, expand to six-dimensional space, according to the user ’s feedback adjusted difficulty dynamically, make full use of the resources.
