Sharing is the traditional virtue for Chinese nation, the important index for measuring the moral conduct, and the main representation of prosocial behavior. The <Kindergarten’s education guideline (on trial)> will act "pleased to communicate, learn to help each other、cooperate and share, be a man with compassion" as one of social targets. Preschool period is the key stage for cultivating the prosocial behavior. Training on the sharing custom for child is contribute to social adjustment, the process of sharing is also the process for developing favorable peer relations, improve social interaction skills and cultivate good individual mind. Empathize means understanding, experiencing one’s emotions, and combine personal experience to always considerate for others to generate emotional resonance. By means of empathize training, enhance the ability of experiencing one’s emotions and promoting the development of sharing behaviors.This research selects 101 children in a kindergarten of Xin Tai city as the study object, and mainly uses the experimental method to research how does empathize training’s effect on sharing behavior for children between the age from 3 to 5. The experimental process divides into pre-test、empathize training、post-test and test tracking these four phases. Two situations been designed for the level test of sharing behavior, which using the scoring formula separately. Intervention for empathize training includes 18 activities, aiming at different age level by adopting the same structure mode and content for empathize training. The result turns out to be:1. pre-test, the difference of sharing behavior level between the experimental group and the control group is not significant under two situations. The sharing behavior level for middle class is significantly higher than early grades.2.post-test, sharing behavior level for the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group; even though the sharing behavior level for middle class is higher than early grades, after the empathize training, the early grades level off with the middle class.At last, this study suggests teacher in kindergarten should provide the correct strategy on training the sharing behaviors for children, organizing diversified activities during the empathized training, being influenced during the activities, experiencing others’emotions, and continually promote the development of sharing behaviors for children.
