Sharing behavior can promote the development of children’s language expression ability and interpersonal communication skills.In the process of sharing,children’s self-concept and moral level are also continuously improved.Existing studies have used experimental methods,observation methods,questionnaire methods or interview methods to explore the status quo,influencing factors,values and training strategies of children’s sharing behaviors from the perspective of children,families or kindergarten teachers.The systematic research on the concept of sharing behavior needs to be enriched.This research adopts the work analysis method and interview method,takes 5-6 year old children,parents of children and kindergarten teachers as the research objects,understands the views of children’s sharing behaviors of children,parents and teachers,etc.,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the cultivation of children’s sharing behaviors.By studying the views of children’s sharing behaviors of children in large classes,parents of children and kindergarten teachers,the following conclusions are drawn:From the connotation point of view,children and their parents have a more general and one-sided cognition of sharing behavior.Children and parents have narrowed down the concept of sharing behavior.Sharing behavior in the perspective of children is a narrow material sharing behavior,while parents only focus on material and Knowledge and experience,ignoring the sharing behavior of emotional attitudes;teachers have a relatively comprehensive and correct understanding of the connotation of children’s sharing behavior,that is,the basic characteristics of children’s sharing behavior are: voluntary,conceived between close peers,sharing or rotation The way of sharing,sharing things in a broad sense,and pleasant emotional experience in the heart.From the point of view of value,parents and teachers believe that “sharing behavior” is not only a strategy to promote children’s interpersonal skills,and to prepare them for better integration into society,and more importantly,sharing behavior can alleviate children’s unhealthy behaviors.Emotions,enhance the sense of participation,and obtain positive emotional experience;from the perspective of influencing factors,parents and teachers have realized that as an important part of children’s micro-environment,families and kindergartens will subtly influence children’s sharing behavior;but both Ignoring the intermediate system,that is,the great influence of home education on the sharing behavior of young children.From the perspective of training strategies,the strategies proposed by parents still bear the stigma of traditional "oral preaching";kindergarten teachers emphasize role models and infiltrate education in daily life,and cultivate children’s sharing behavior step by step and subtly.In addition,in the cultivation of children’s sharing behaviors,the home-education work of the two needs to be improved and perfected.Finally,this research puts forward suggestions from the conceptual and practical level for the existing problems: on the one hand,parents and kindergarten teachers themselves should establish a correct view of children’s sharing behavior;on the other hand,parents and teachers should build a bridge for home education and establish a long-term effective On the basis of respecting the characteristics of children’s age,the communication mechanism will give full play to the educational role of the environment "submergedly",and guide children to experience the joy of sharing in practice.
