In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of college graduates increased year by year, college students employment problem is becoming a hot spot. Job search behavior research has important theoretical and practical significance.Thesis mainly use college students job behavior questionnaire as research tool, participants from two universities in Tianjin and Henan Province. This paper is divided into two parts, the first part focus on the relationship between College Students’job search clarity and job search behavior and job search outcomes were analyzed and discussed. The second part focus on the dynamic of job search behavior. The results prove that:(1) Job search clarity and exploratory job search strategy, focused job search strategy, objective job search outcomes are significantly related; Job search intensity and objective job search outcomes are significantly related; Objective job search outcomes and subjective satisfaction are significantly related; Job search clarity affects the intensity of job search behavior through focused job search strategy; Job search clarity affects objective job search outcomes through the intensity of job search behavior.(2) About the dynamic of job search behavior, from the beginning to the end of the job search, Job search clarity, exploratory search strategy, focused job search strategy, objective job search outcomes, subjective satisfaction of job seekers have varying degrees of rise; The intensity of job search behavior and haphazard job search strategy have varying degrees of decline.
