The Investigation Of Information Technology Teachers’ Job Satisfaction In Wuzhong District Suzhou

With the all levels governments put a new premium on modernization and information of education,the information technology teachers’team also attracted much attention. As an important team in the process of education modernization, that their satisfaction and involvement in the work and whether their labour could get the respect of the society and friends are all influence factor of the speed and quality of our country education modernization.Through the initial scope discussion and investigation,we found that the working status of information technology teachers was not satisfied. They faced cruel social pressure and fierce internal competition, and in the dangerous trend of marginalization. At the same time, there are a lot of difficulties such as job classification and promotion, the slow raises of income, poor working conditions.This study through the network questionnaire to investigating information technology teachers’job satisfaction of Wuzhong district, in order to understand the current situation of the information technology teachers’job satisfaction.Then, this paper try to building a new model and making the questionnaire of information technology teachers’job satisfaction at the basis of previous research. The questionnaire including "environment", "people","the working itself" three dimensions which with following eight corresponding indicators:natural environment, leadership, education promotion, professional identity, interpersonal relationship, the relationship between teachers and students, work load, work income.Through analysis of survey data, in view of the problems found and the present situation of wuzhong district, this paper want to put forward specific suggestions to improve the information technology teachers’job satisfaction. All this study do is in order to promoting a better and faster educational informationalization construction of wuzhong district.
