Writing ability is an important ability for high school students; the composition teaching is also a very important link in Chinese teaching. However, the situation of the students’ writing and the composition teaching is worrying at present. With the development of modern education technology and the popularity of interactive whiteboard in the teaching application, the research on the application of Interactive Whiteboards to composition teaching in high school has the extremely vital significance.So, in this paper, the application of interactive whiteboard in the high school is studied. This research is based on the interactive whiteboard applications in classroom teaching of relevant theories, based on the cases by the interactive whiteboard to composition teaching in high school.This thesis mainly divided into the following several parts.The first chapter analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis of the application of the interactive whiteboard to composition teaching in high school. In theory, the interactive whiteboard provides the material conditions for the implementation of the humanistic learning theory, the constructivism learning theory and the integration of composition class in high school. And these theories provide the theory support for the application of interactive whiteboard to composition teaching. At the same time, with the development of modern education technology, interactive whiteboard has been popularized in schools, teachers have been improved the ability of the manipulation of the whiteboard by learning. The situation provides a realistic basis for the use of interactive whiteboard in composition teaching in high school.The second chapter, combining with the existing teaching practice summarizes the application methods of interactive electronic whiteboard in composition guidance through the comparative analysis of the traditional composition guiding cases and the advanced composition guidance cases by interactive whiteboard:Using the player create a learning atmosphere; Using interactive features stimulate interest in writing, Using interactive whiteboard repository expand students’ thinking; Using presentation, writing function to teach writing skills.The third chapter, combining with the existing teaching practice summarizes the application methods of interactive whiteboard in composition commented through the comparative analysis of the traditional composition commented cases and the advanced composition commented cases by interactive whiteboard:Using demonstration function display contrast student studies; Using marks notation work comment on student work; Using the interactive features to let the students self-evaluation of the composition.The fourth chapter the application of interactive electronic whiteboard in the composition teaching effect evaluation, summarizes its role, faces the problem, and reflect on the coping strategies:Following the principle of timing and the principle of moderation; Changing the teaching idea, pay attention to a variety of teaching methods; Improving business ability, fully exert the function of the interactive whiteboard.
