Analysis of data-driven learning is an important development direction of the current field of educational technology. In the paper, "cloud classroom" platform, by collecting a large number of real data generated in the process of student learning, learner-centered, learning behavior analysis undertaken to conduct sequence analysis method based insight into the inherent law of online learning. Behavior sequence analysis is an effective method to the study of online learning behavior, which can track the trajectory in the network learning, describes the sequence of learning behavior, explore students’ learning habits.This paper based on the analysis of learning, using the method of behavior sequence analysis, combining unstructured data and part of the structured data by learning platform automatically record store, on the basis of theoretical research, with the analysis of technical means to achieve learning process. The main research content is as follows:1. Read the literature, combing foreign about online learning in the analysis of research status, the overseas research on the significance of the research in China. The definition of related terms and theory research. Defines the terminology concepts covered in this article, such as learning, behavioral sequence analysis, etc. Learn about using behavior sequence analysis at home and abroad analysis of many examples, for this article use the method to lay the theoretical foundation.2. Learners’ behavior of online learning behavior analysis model is established. Considering the background of the age of big data, based on the learners’ behavior model is established on the basis of xAPI specification, thus more flexible records of student behavior, as well as record and store provides feasibility of large-scale student learning behavior data.3. Using real data, analyze the student behavior. Platform with the aid of technology, select a semester records of student behavior data, analysis of student behavior. Released with sequence analysis, to explore different grades, different classes, different grades of students’ behavior characteristics. And analyze the reasons behind the behavior of different students, teachers and students to suggest a more effective teaching and learning.The innovations in this paper main included:used the method of sequence analysis.we study a large number of real data generated in the learning process, the analysis of real learning. This paper uses the action sequence analysis method, the method in the analysis of online learning abroad are more widely used, in the domestic use still few, this paper adopts the method can bring new inspiration for teachers and students.
