The Research Of The Path Of Psychological Integration Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In The View Of Social Work

In recent years, the new generation of migrant workers has become the focus of attention, they are the new generation group which has the most urgent will to integrate into the city and need to be integrated into the city. Through make an investigation about the psychological status of the new generation of migrant workers in W city, this study analysis of the new generation of migrant workers’ situation and problems in the psychological integration process, from the perspective of social work, this study explore the paths and methods of promoting psychological integration into the new generation of migrant workers.The study supported by professional methods and techniques of social work, using the literature research method, questionnaire survey method and depth interview method on psychological integration the status of the new generation of migrant workers in data collection of W city, through SPSS analysis and qualitative analysis methods to analyze W city psychological into the situation and problems in the new generation of migrant workers, discusses the present domestic social work intervention psychological into the present situation of the new generation of migrant workers, derive lessons learned, location entry point for social work services, points out that the social work intervention in psychological integration the optimal path of new generation of migrant workers is to help the new generation of migrant workers to construct dynamic social support system. Dynamic social support is based on the new generation of migrant workers of the existing support, continue to expand their support network, focus on the actual contact new generation of migrant workers in daily life, bring the social support to life, to provide long-term support and guarantee for new generation of migrant workers, social workers according to the new generation of migrant workers at different stages of change, to carry out the real service, forming a continuous effect service. At the same time, pay attention to cultivate the new generation of migrant worker volunteers, incubate their social organization, to ensure that the new generation of migrant workers formed between mutual help long-term service mode, promote them to establish positive psychological identity, from the psychological into the city life.Through the analysis, the author concluded that the psychological integration of the new generation of migrant workers in China’s overall level is low, the situation is not optimistic. The intervention of social work in the new generation of migrant workers’ preferred way of psychology into the service is to help them construct the dynamic social support network, form long-term support mechanism, promote their psychological integration. In addition, the new generation of migrant workers’unique psychological traits need social work service, and social work service also need continuously optimize intervention method and path according to the new generation of migrant workers’ psychological integration’s changing actual situation, provide long-lasting services for the new generation of migrant workers.
