Deaf students is a special group in society, because of hearing impairment in their silent world, enjoy the company of music, feel the charm of drama, their inner joy, sad, pain can’t use words to express. Behind every silent deaf-mute children in the world is a sad story, although they are disabled, hear the beautiful sound, but they are also eager to knowledge, the desire to fit into society, has the skill. As vulnerable groups in society, and deaf students always want to go to society, become a member of the society. Their healthy growth, smooth employment self-reliance in society, has always been deaf students, parents, school, looking forward to the focus of concern, is also realistic problems in the current society is more and more prominent. However, most of the deaf students after graduation employment problem is not optimistic. Between on the one hand, because of the social people from all walks of life and deaf students do not understand each other, communication channel is narrow, on the other hand there are doubts because of deaf students’ academic level, during the period of school knowledge in lack of practical work skill and market derailment, unable to find work, self-reliance in society, become the hidden trouble of the social education development. Considered from the perspective of deaf students’ lifelong development, schools should strengthen the students’ vocational skills training, write a set of accord with deaf school vocational course the deaf students’ cognitive level school-based teaching materials, improve the deaf students employment skills, has the practical value of professional courses, etc., guide the deaf students gain a better understanding of their own interests, the learning attitude, stimulating learning motivation, set up the correct outlook on life and values, actively planning his career, employment smoothly and realize their life values. Guilin deaf school vocational education, the author of this paper art school-based teaching material development as the breakthrough point, using literature method, case study method, and action method of deaf school vocational education research methods such as end of the paper, the development of school-based teaching material more perceptual knowledge, makes every effort to help deaf school vocational education school-based teaching materials research and development with little experience and draw lessons from, for the deaf school vocational education curriculum contribute for the development and perfection.his thesis consists of five parts:Chapter one introduction:including Guilin deaf school vocational education school-based teaching material development of the research background, research purpose and meaning, research contents and methods, research status at home and abroad, the place of innovation and the core concept of the study of the six parts. Chapter ii Guilin deaf school vocational education art school-based teaching material development:including the reason of the teaching materials, deaf-mute school vocational course is compiled art school-based teaching material development guiding ideology and art school-based teaching material development and the principle of deaf school vocational courses, according to two parts. Chapter iii Guilin deaf school vocational curriculum implementation of school-based teaching materials of fine arts:to determine the teaching objective of, select and compile the teaching contents, integration of teaching resources, design the teaching activities, the form of present teaching materials, selection of teaching strategy, the implementation of teaching plan and so on seven aspects; The fourth chapter shows the Guilin deaf school vocational school-based teaching materials of fine arts teaching cases; Chapter 5 vocational course Guilin deaf school art school-based teaching materials of chapters content; Chapter 6 deaf school in Guilin vocational course art school-based teaching materials research and development of reflection.
