Higher Vocational Education is an important part of Vocational Education and Higher Education. In the 21 st century, Higher Vocational Education both in size and in the quality has made a great progress. But the problem of inadequate funding has plagued the development of Higher Vocational Education. Faced with the problem of inadequate funding for Vocational Education.
