The develop resources about the ticket market of competitive sports events can be divided into two parts which are competitive sports entertainment resources and competitive sports derivative resources. This thesis focus on the audience perspective of competitive sport events to discuss the development of the tickets derived services in order to increase the applications of sports marketing, sports economics, sports industry and customer behavior. It also can satisfy the consumer demand of increasing the quality of service about sports events and can develop the tickets market, increase the service quality, develop the sports related industry and give references for sports events manager.This thesis has four main parts. Firstly, doing the literature review about the consumer requirement, the ticket market development, commercial sports tickets and extended services by adopting the methods of documentary. Secondly, summarizing the tickets extended services resources about the sports events in Shanghai comparing with the services in foreign. Thirdly, interviewing the field audience in the Shanghai FORMULA1 and ATP1000 Masters to survey the requirements of the audience by using the questionnaire method. Finally, constructing the “Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services system” by using SPSS22.0 software and draw the following conclusions.1.At present, there are three tickets extended services used in the Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services which are presenting gifts with tickets, free taking bus with tickets and participating in live events.2.Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services system can be divided into “public transport services”, “tourist accommodation services”, “lucky draw and souvenir services”, “sponsor brand consumption service” and “other extended services”.3.The first three consumer requirements about the Shanghai F1 grand prix and Shanghai Poles Masters are “Wi-Fi service”, “sale service for second ticket” and“group photo service with the sports stars”.4.There are four problems about Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services. Firstly, commercial sports events tickets extended services systems haven’t established. Secondly, tickets derived service resource owners have weak development concept. Thirdly, the development of tickets derived services lack of policy support.Fourth, tickets derived type of service is less, can’t meet the needs of spectators.5.In order to develop the Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services system, this thesis gives following recommendations. The city management should establish Shanghai commercial sports events tickets extended services demand system;Tickets derived service resource owners should strengthen the concept of tickets extended services developments; The relevant policies about tickets extended services development should be studied and promulgated; The departments should expand more services types in order to meet the spectator demands.
