The law-related education has been developed since the foundation of new China and its’ significance has been focused on by pubic.In 2014, the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth convened in our country, which makes the significance of the rule of law promoted to a new level. It’ required that the law related education should be brought into the national education system,and the rule of law knowledge should be set in primary and middle school curriculum in order to make all the people know and understand the law,abide by the law and even employ the laws to promote the socialist rule of law construction in China.However,the government departments has not introduced any policies or mechanism to meet these requirements until now, which causes the law-related education hard to realize in current college entrance examination pattern and teaching pattern.Moreover, senior high school students are living in a specially important period of their life. Therefore, the law-related education should be developed in high school to help students grow and develop.For these reasons, I took several senior high schools in Huanggang city as example to investigate the present law-related education situation by questionnaire and interview, then summarized the existing problems in law-related education, and lastly studied solutions to these problems and gave suggestions for future implementation.
