In the 21 st century,China’s education has produced many new ideas.The current school education also requires teachers to consciously promote learners learn how to learn, learn to cooperate, learn to survive.Many new teaching methods which came into being. Learning plan guide teaching model is one of great teaching methods.This paper is divided into five parts, mainly by way of experiment and questionnaire of in the junior middle school physics teaching how to use the guided learning plan teaching mode and the mode in the classroom teaching effect. The first part puts forward the background and research status of the problem. In the traditional teaching environment and students’ autonomous learning ability and innovation ability to improve, and at the request of the new curriculum reform, many teaching models have been proposed, learning plan guiding mode is one effective teaching mode. This teaching model can help students to master the learning methods, promote the cooperation among students, explore the potential and improve the ability of innovation. The second part puts forward the basic theory of learning plan teaching mode. Learning plan guiding mode to take students to self-study, lesson study discussion to and from the meta cognitive theory, constructivist learning theory and recent development region theory can be for the feasibility of learning plan guiding mode provides theoretical basis. The third part mainly on the construction of learning plan teaching mode. First is the construction of the guiding case, guiding case as the core, in the preparation and implementation process is very important. And compilation of guiding case should reflect the subjectivity, guidance, inquiry, level, practical knowledge and integrity, in use do have the collection will be, that will check, a check will be awarded the thought. The second is the construction of classroom teaching, and the teaching process of the new class and review class is described by the way of giving examples. Classroom in the group cooperation, mutual discussion, classroom demonstration, answer in links to form a study group for units of mutual cooperation and mutual competition mode, teachers do proper comment and supplement in the discussion, concluded, students to finish the exercises in class, teachers on classroom performance reviews. In the whole class, we learn to cooperate with others, which reflects the teaching philosophy of people-oriented and student oriented. The fourth part is for students in the questionnaire before the experiment and after the experiment analysis and comparison, draw the corresponding experimental results. It is found that the guiding case teaching students’ autonomous learning ability, strengthen to enhance classroom expression, on physics learning more interested, class of physics learning performance is also improved. In the fifth part, the teaching process and the teaching effect are analyzed and the reflection.learning plan guide teaching model is the way to guide students with case study, autonomous learning relevant knowledge before class, will not understand the knowledge to the class, the teacher guides the students to discuss the conclusion that improve the efficiency of teaching the way of teaching. Through learning case teaching experimental research, found that learning case study is a feasible and deserves further research and experiment teaching mode.Learning the way of teaching can arouse the students’ interests in learning physics, to guide the students to form good learning habits and methods, to enhance the students’ ability of language and behavior, also can promote the teachers’ teaching level, to establish the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. However, in the process of guiding the teaching, also met a lot of problems, class students too much, some students can’t consciously learning task; Classroom time can’t solve the problem of students discuss; Learning design and teaching methods according to teaching content variability increase teachers’ burden, and so on. These problems still need to constantly in the process of education teaching optimization and improvement of talent is a long-term effective effect learning teaching mode.Case Studies by experimental teaching guide, we found Learning Project is a viable and worthy of further study and experiment teaching model.Its learning methods and learning strategies of a great help in improving students’ self-learning ability, pioneering experiments,foster innovation have a good effect.But in this model,there are many problems that we need to be further studied and resolved.
