| Teachers’ professional ethics is a ancient of new topic.The university teachers’ professional ethics become a problem need to be pay attention and to solve with university teachers "misconduct" events be exposured frequently by media and the emergence of annual hot word "corruption in universities". so, the research on university teachers’ professional ethics is urgent and realistic.This study put forward by "red seven" of the specification as an opportunity. This study determine to research the current Teachers’ professional ethics in the analysis of the content and nature and on the basis of consulting literature materials, and try to explore the key points in construction of university teachers’ professional ethics by compared "red seven" with the real problems of teachers’ professional ethics and the Students’ expectations on teachers’ professional ethics quality.This study select a case of Yunnan university, using the method of random sampling investigation. The questionnaire is divided into teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire. The contents teacher questionnaire including the realistic problems of teachers’ professional ethics, the reasons of the existence of problems of ethics and the attitudes to "red seven"; Student questionnaire including the realistic problems of teachers’ professional ethics, expectations on teachers’ professional ethics quality and attitudes to "red seven". Among them, the realistic problems in the university teachers’ professional ethics are based on the integration the contents of the "red seven" and the higher school teachers’ professional ethics.The analysis results show that the the realistic problems of teachers’ professional ethics are mainly shown as "impartial" psychological existing, making too much of "scientific" and "weak moral quality education"; And students look forward to the strongest expectations on teachers’ professional ethics quality for the "to help students genuine concern", "equal justice to students", "to give students professional and practical guidance", "responsibility sense strongly, strong ability of teaching","noble moral character and personality". They are mainly attributed to "passionate in one’s job" and "teaching". So, the alignment of "red seven" specification and reality the ethics problem is not strong. Combined the attitudes of teachers and students on "red seven" directly shows that university teachers "red seven" play a role in the real level, but its influence scope is small. This verify the "red seven" is limited as the realistic effect.Eventually, return to the relationship discussion on two aspects of teachers’ professional ethics-"specification" and "culture".On the one hand, to discus improve and perfect reflection on the specification, and the focus of teacher’s ethics construction in universities.On the other hand, to reflect the focus of university teachers’ professional ethics and breakthrough of the ethics. |
