Micro-course is the new choice and trend of developing curriculum. Based on educational neuroscience theory, education for international understanding theory, circumstance-mode curriculum development theory, and “human-oriented” educational perspective theory, this article deeply research on the feasibility of bilingual teaching of senior chemistry and the method of developing micro-course to combine bilingual teaching of senior chemistry with micro-course. On the basis of certain conditions of specific school, the author developed micro-course of bilingual teaching of senior chemistry, proposing theories about developing this micro-course and ways to compile teaching materials. The author also made interrelated educationally practical research, with the methods of questionnaire, interview, observation and expert assessment to evaluate and analyze the practical effect.Based on national curriculum standards, the author proposed the guiding ideology, architecture and principles to select course contents of this micro-course, accomplishing the compiling tasks of teaching materials and preliminary work of implementing this course. The evaluation results revealed that the adviser made a praise on this micro-course, believing that it’s benefit to improve students’ abilities and competences;students showed their interest to the micro-course with high satisfaction. Students’ chemical ability and English ability turned out to be enhanced.
