The Study On The Application Of Empathy Method In Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

College or university is always an important platform of ideological and political education in our country.The effectiveness of college ideological and political education affects the physical and mental development of college students deeply,and the longterm stability and excellent successors of the party and the country.However, with the reform into deep water area, the society is in the transition period,thus the college ideological and political education is facing great challenges from both internal and external aspects.These challenges call for more innovative ways, out of a new path.Method of empathy as an important technology of psychological consultation, has built a bridge for people to exchange emotional feelings. Presently, it has been widely applied in various kinds of fields in our social life.Effective application of empathy method to ideological and political education in colleges and universities can overcome disadvantages of traditional methods, and enhance the emotional exchanges between teachers and students, thus helping to achieve students’ free and all-round development.Currently, due to the constraints of some subjective and objective conditions, the circumstance is looking blue, still some urgent issues need to be settled.Along with the clue of ‘empathy-- consensus- resonance’,this paper selects a university in Suzhou as a sample,attempts to know the current circumstances and existing problems of the application of empathy method in college ideological and political education through some empirical research methods,such as the questionnaire investigation, interviews or others.And on this basis,some suggestions and measures are put forward to continuously improve the validation and pertinence of college ideological and political education, and finally realize the organic unity of human feelings and national conditions.
