A Study On The Present Situation And Resolutions Of High School Restudy Students’ Career Plan

The Paper, in view of the present situation in the rapid development of China’s social economy, the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace employment situation and the city of ordinary high school career education seriously lagging behind, resulting of the loss in realistic situation, sets forth the necessity and importance in high school stage of career education, focuses on the study of the realistic situation of career education for restudy high school students and the strategy issue on how to carry out career education.By using literature research method, the research draws lessons from experience of home and abroad about career education theory, adopting the method of questionnaire survey and interview, etc, for career education in high school, is to analyze the self-recognization, the sense of career planning, the implementation of career planning, the action of career planning and the ability of career planning for the restudy students in high school, etc. We find they lack of them on different level. To explore the causes of current situation of career education for the restudy students in high school from various parties, that is, students and families, schools and teachers resource, restudy stage and government management and guidance, etc. The following three research conclusions are:1. Students and their parents pay less attention, it is very normal to emphasis the grade and ignore the career education.2.The teacher’s guidance capability is poor, the students are short of consciousness and ability on career planning.3. The organization and implementation from school is ineffective, the class for career education and activity effect are not good.Aiming the conclusion, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of career education for the students and restudy students in high school, as following:1.The students and their parents should pay more attention on career education.2. The teachers should improve the professionalism and capability.3. The school should carefully organize and implement the courses and activities of career planning education.4. The government should strengthen the management and guidance of career education in high school.
