Comparative Study On The Talents Cultivation Of School-Enterprise Cooperation Between China And America

As the rapid development of economy, talents are more and more important.Higher Vocational Schools shoulder the responsibility of talents cultivation.School-enterprise cooperation is the basic approach to it. So we pay highly attention to school-enterprise cooperation.School-enterprise cooperation in USA has been well established, which was first developed by Cincinnati in 1906. Then there were many other universities in USA and more than 40 countries choose to follow school-enterprise cooperation. The core of school-enterprise cooperation is a combination of theory and practice. Students can be improved effectively in this way. School-enterprise cooperation in China has made some progresses however is still inadequate. Others Experiences can be lessons. This thesis analyzes the comparison of school-enterprise cooperation between USA and China by comparative study and content analysis, in order to find out factors that limited the development of school-enterprise cooperation in China.The main findings of this thesis are as follows:1. Government fails to play a leading role in school-enterprise cooperation.2. Schools have been unable for inter-profession collaboration.3. Be lack of multi-ways for collection finance.4. Be limited by traditional talents cultivation model.In response, this thesis has put forward some advices:1. Strengthen the forward-looking layout, leading science and technology as well as the development of new industrial.2. Consolidate multi-cooperation, exploring the advantages of disciplines and industries cross joint.3. Raise funds actively, combining funds and personnel training in innovative ways.4. Reform the forms of learning, emphasizing the integration of practical culture and talent cultivation.5. Share the core resources, realizing the unity of school-enterprise cooperation and talent cultivation.
