The purpose of this study is to explore the effective teaching behavior and its influencing factors of the in-service teachers in primary school. In the course of PE teaching, teachers play an important leading role, and teachers’teaching behavior is the main factor to decide the success or failure of the teaching. A good teacher can let the students in the learning process, to obtain a great benefit. Therefore, teachers play a key role in the process of physical education, and the performance of the students deeply affect the learning behavior of the students. Therefore, it is necessary to study the teaching quality of physical education in order to improve the professional quality of primary school physical education teachers, and to further explore the status of teachers’teaching behavior. Thus, in this study, trying to sum up the concept and influencing factors of effective teaching behavior of physical education teachers in the elementary school, in order to promote the development of the elementary school sports teaching reform, optimize the teaching process, improve the quality of teaching etc. to provide valuable reference.This study is qualitative research, the object of study selected as target area in the outstanding in-service elementary school physical education teachers, interviews with semi structure interview, and the use of DV camera, recorder and the Internet, the interview process for filming and recording, and interview data word by word to write a draft, and students in a random survey, is also involved in part of the teachers interviewed in the classroom was observed, finally the collected materials and content to be finishing, induction, comparison and analysis.It was found that this study through interview and observation, the results, effective teaching behavior of physical education teachers in the elementary school respectively the five parts in the teaching plan, teaching strategies, teaching evaluation, teaching environment and other influencing factors the one of the most important characteristics, clearly summarized and stated in the present study, and they showed the characteristics of every level coping strategies were proposed according to, for follow-up study provides ways of thinking and opinions.
