PCK of physics teachers is a kind of physical teaching knowledge which can be carried out in the form of students’ most acceptable. It is an organic integration of the knowledge of physics and teaching knowledge, which plays an important role in the success or failure of the teaching effect. According to the relevant theory of Grossman, this paper constructs a PCK static theory model, which includes knowledge of subject content, student knowledge, curriculum knowledge, teaching evaluation knowledge and teaching strategy knowledge.This paper combines research methods of classroom observation, text analysis, and interviews; selecting group of five high school physics teacher experience and four novice teachers in Hubei Province demonstration school as a research object; taking the "linear motion of the particle" of high school physics (compulsory 1) published by the PEP as an example; on a comparative study of two groups of teachers up to three months in depth, trying to find the difference of the PCK of the two groups of physics teachers and a way to explore the physical teacher PCK.By comparison study found that:compared physics content knowledge about experienced teachers to be significantly better in terms of physical concepts and laws of physics than novice teachers, and slightly inferior in the physics thinking method aspect; in the teaching evaluation knowledge, which containing curriculum knowledge, students’ knowledge, education teaching knowledge and knowledge of teaching strategies, experience clearly stronger than the teachers novice teachers.Through research, eight proposals are proposed for the way of improve physics teachers’PCK:(1) the construction and implementation of the "Blue Project"; (2) the construction and implementation of mechanisms for collective classes and the lectures; (3) often reflecting on teaching experience; (4) participating all kinds of teaching competition; (5) studying curriculum standard, the college entrance exam outline and summarize the college entrance examination; (6) reading "Physics teacher" and "Physics Teaching" and other high school physical core journals; (7) often reviewing of university physics and middle school Physics Olympiad; (8) making full use of physical QQ group, micro letter and other network platform resources.
