History textbooks is an important resource of learning history. As the central part of the teaching process,it has a important impact on the interactive learning between teachers and students. In recent years, as an important historical teaching concept, applying historical materials to teaching has been accepted by more and more educators, and used wider in teaching. Students grasp the knowledge through collecting and studying historical materials which the largest source comes from the history textbook.In her own teaching practice,the author finds that it’s important for the historical materials involved in the textbook,especially the written historical data.It’s the written historical data that used most in the textbook and in the teaching process.On the basis of the seniors’research,taking the written historical date that from PEP edition as research objects,the article explores the usage of the written data of the senior high school history textbook.First, the understanding of the written historical materials of high school history textbook. Fully understand the materials through the analysis of the connotation, classification and present forms.Second,the importance of usage of written historical materials in high school textbook and the teaching process.Has a general knowledge to the usage of the written historical materials in the senior high school history textbook through analyzing the present situation of written materials usage.Third, the written historical materials using strategies of high school history textbook. The article elaborates the using strategies in two parts:the combination of various usage in historical materials, the combination of historical materials and questions.Through the above-mentioned three points, the paper aims to highlight usage of written historical materials in high school textbook and the teaching process and attracts more attention by educators.
