A Comparative Analysis On Classroom Interactive Teaching Of High School Biology Teachers Which Is Based On The Observation Of Six Teachers’ Lessons In Wuhan

The new curriculum reform in our country has been advocated for more than ten years, whose core is the student-centered principle. The essence of curriculum reform lies in the change of classroom teaching, so inevitably, it requires students to actively participate in learning activities to highlight the subjectivity of students in class. That is, biology teachers from middle schools ought to promote the classroom interactive teaching.This research was done by means of literature, classroom observation.After stating and analysing the overseas and domestic research status about the interaction teaching, the interactive teaching behavior types are divided into two aspects:verbal interaction and non-verbal interaction, which were viewed as the starting point and the foothold of classroom observation. Three new normal lessons and three review normal lessons from six high school biology teachers, were selected for classroom observation in this paper. With the model of LICC classroom observation and iFIAS analysis, the comparative analyses about classroom interaction teaching behaviors (including verbal and non-verbal interaction) was conducted. By means of the comparative analyses, the interaction differences of high school biology teachers were found, which could definite the teaching quality for interactive classroom of outstanding teachers under the new curriculum reform idea.Conclusions were as follows. (1) There existed the differences of interaction forms between verbal interaction and nonverbal interaction from different types of classes.(2) The differences, in terms of student-student interaction, existed in the classes with different seating arrangements.(3) The decreasing of the ratio of teachers’and students’ language would increase the opportunities of students’show. At the same time, the following problems were also found:(1)The verbal interaction tends to formalize;(2)The types of non-verbal interaction are inclined to be simplified; (3) There is a lack of emotional concern in the class, especially, to the poor students.Through this research, the author thinks that, the teacher to enrich and improve the interactive teaching behavior, Through this research, the author thought that, to enrich and improve the interactive teaching behaviors in the class, and to move towards higher development stage,teachers should do well in the following aspects.Firstly, it’s helpful to definite reasonable roles between teachers and students, which is necessary to reduce the distance between teachers and students.What’ smore, it’s wise to take the suitable seating arrangements to strengthen the opportunities of dialogue between students.Lastly,it’s essential to enhance interaction with information technology,which could assist teaching well for a long time.
