The Research On Safeguard Mechanism Of College Students Ideological And Political Education

College students are the country’s precious human resources and the important reserve force for the socialist modernization construction; the mind state and moral level of college students is an important reference and the standard to judge the national comprehensive quality. Therefore, the departments of the party and the government and the relevant functional educational departments have always attached great importance to college students’ideological and moral cultivation and habits shaping. Guarantee mechanism of College Students’ ideological and political education is "umbrella" and "security door" for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Whether it is perfect or not and the quality of its role has a direct impact on the efficiency level of ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, it must be fully-ranged and multi-leveled integrated into the education practice in the whole process. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three parts:In the first part, it explains the meaning, characteristics and necessity of the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political education, which is the foundation and premise of this study. First, it analyzes the connotation of mechanism, the ideological and political education mechanism and college students’ ideological and political education guarantee mechanism, and then summarizes the characteristics of the guarantee system of college students’ ideological and political education, finally illustrates the practical necessity of ideological and political education of college students from the four aspects.In the second part, it illustrates the main part of the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political education of college student, which is the study focus. At the same time, it systematically analyzes everything and proposes the construction idea and road of guarantee mechanism of ideological concept, organizational leadership, system standard, work troop, fund material and environment support.In the third part, it analyzes the several issues in the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political education of college students, which are the sublimation of the study. It illustrates mainly from five dimensions:First, adhere to correct principles and rectify the value orientation; second, respect the objective laws and construct operating principle; third, coordinate 4 pairs of relationships and operation mechanism; fourth, reconcile all forces and unite positive force; fifth, update the network technology and form effective help.
