The Study On The Development Of Extracurricular Counseling Agencies In Rural Primary And Secondary Schools Of Dongying

Primary and secondary school tutoring market is developing rapidly in recent years and become an important part of the economic and social, but with primary and secondary school extracurricular counselling agencies continue to emerge, inherent in the urban areas, the number of students has been unable to meet the growing counseling agencies needs for survival. In this paper, through the analysis of primary and secondary extracurricular counseling agencies in the feasibility of the development of rural, trying to small and medium-sized school extracurricular counselling agencies to provide new ideas to alleviate competitive pressures in the urban areas, as well as provide references to solve the distribution of Chinese education injustice and new rural construction of supporting education.Through the literature review, field survey, case analysis and experience summary, this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign small and medium-sized school extracurricular counseling industry. Meanwhile the paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities for the development of the secondary and primary schools in the rural areas of Dongying Combined with the actual situation of the rural primary and secondary schools in Dongying City, Shandong Province. Although extracurricular counselling organization in rural areas face the challenges of parents education investment awareness is not strong, low family income and teachers and students aggregation difficute, but in rural areas with low operating costs, the pressure of competition and other advantages and with the development of the rural, parents education consciousness awakening, household income continued to increase and urbanization level continuously improve brings opportunity to the extracurricular counselling organization layout of rural. Primary and secondary school extracurricular counselling agencies has the development of space in Dongying rural with the measures of doing pay attention to the rural market,taking the high quality of the teachers to the rural areas, innovativing recruitment strategy combined with local conditions researching and developing appropriate courses for rural students.
