Famous masters are the soul of a university, playing a significant role in promoting every course forward. Their feats should be remembered, and their noble personality charm should be respected. Personage Archives of Collages and Universities are formed by the various forms of original record, which are produced by the influenced person who engaged in teaching, researching and management work, has a huge contribution in institutions of higher learning development.Distinguished from party-masses archives, administrative archives, teaching archives, personnel archives and so on, personage archives are still very new, and also not yet universal in practice areas. Personage archive of collages and universities is an important part of the national archive resources. Carry out personage archive management shoulder important responsibilities of recording the history of universities and colleges, promoting scientific research progress, inheriting famous celebrities’ cultural thoughts, enriching the archive collections and so on. This thesis is divided into four parts. First part is about summarize of personage archives and personage archives management of collages and universities from theoretical point of view. Second part aims at collection, arrangement, storage and utilization of personage archives management of collages and universities. Analyze management contents and method in every department, and take Nanjing University for example. The references were hoped to provide for other workers. Third part is analysis the existing problems in personage archives management of collages and universities. At last, this paper puts forward the related countermeasure to improve management. |
