Teacher is not only responsible for knowledge instruction, but also for the educational responsibility since ancient times. A teacher’s professional accomplishment will influence the development of the students. Young middle school mathematics teachers are the main force of the middle school mathematical education in the future, their development of professional accomplishment is very important. In order to better accomplish the purpose of education, the new curriculum has put forward new requirements to them. Hence, the young middle school mathematics teachers’ understanding of the professional accomplishment is not deep enough, their training should be strengthened. This thesis tends to give analysis mainly on two parts. On the one hand, it studies what a teacher’s professional accomplishment influences students’development. On the other hand, it analyzes the ways in which young middle school mathematics teachers can be able to improve their professional accomplishment.The purpose of this study is to understand the content of professional standards and new curriculum standards; to analyze the connotation of young middle school mathematics teachers’ professional accomplishment and its influence upon students’ development, and therefore to provide suggestions and strategies for the improvement of young middle school mathematics teachers’ professional accomplishment. The significance of this thesis can be divided into two aspects, its theoretical significance and its practical significance. The theoretical significance of the study is that it can make young middle school mathematics teachers pay more attention to the professional standards, mathematics curriculum standards, mathematics teaching theory as well as PCK; meanwhile, it requires better understanding of a qualified teacher’s ability under the background of the new curriculum. The practical significance of the study is that it can improve the integrated skills of young middle school mathematics teachers, and through the progress of teachers’ professional accomplishment, students’ development in the perspective of mentality, morality and ability can be improved as well.The research ideas is that the teachers’ professional accomplishment will be divided into four aspects, namely professional knowledge, professional ability, professional concept and lifelong learning, the survey is about what the professional accomplishment have influence on students’ mentality (cognitive, non cognitive) and morality and ability (finding problems, asking problems, analyzing problems and solving problems). Through observation and interview, it can be come up with the strategies about improving the professional accomplishment of young middle school mathematics teachers. The main research methods are literature method, questionnaire survey, interview, observation and comparison method:reading the related native and foreign materials, then summarize, analyze and research the collecting materials; there are also handing out questionnaires towards teachers and involved students and making the research about the influence that professional accomplishment have on the students’ mentality, morality and ability; during the process, it also focuses on interviewing with some of representative teachers and students and putting forward the strategy to improve professional accomplishment for the young middle school mathematics teachers.Through the research, it proves that the four aspects of teachers’ professional accomplishment mainly affects students’ cognitive. Teaching and management in the professional ability mainly affect students "four-ability" aspects, while the cooperation ability mainly has influence on non cognitive part. The professional understanding of professional idea affect students’ non cognitive, the attitude and behavior have influence on students’ moral development; Lifelong learning mainly affects students’ non cognitive aspect. The strategies about young teachers how to improve professional accomplishment are as followings:to participate educational research, pay attention to communication and feedback, focus on teaching evaluation and reflection and summarize periodically and lifelong learning.
