Based on the new curriculum concept, this paper studies how to choose the teaching methods suitable for the high school biology experiment teaching in the difficult position for the three star middle school in rural areas. Nowadays, there is a wide range of research on experimental teaching, but faced with few studies that have been linked to experimental teaching and lack of laboratory reagents and devices. This passage focuses on the experiment of the wine vinegar production by two three-star school ordinary classes of experiment by taking advantage of commonly-used and waste materials.I explore the effects of experimental teaching on the two three-star school ordinary classes.The main contents of this study include: through literature researches, we find that the experimental teaching in many research papers are based on researches in better experimental conditions. Meanwhile, we find that rural three-star high school biology experiment teaching, there exists big problems in the process of study. According to the present situation, I have made a experimental teaching in the two classes. Besides, I evaluated them from four aspects- students’ emotional attitude and value, operation level, the experimental results, and their remarks.By experimental teaching, students hold a more positive emotional attitude and value towards. Meanwhile, they can attain a better academic achievent. Students’ experimental operational level also contributes to the high rate of experimental success.
