Cyber bullying, a new aggressive behavior coming with the mobile Internet of t his new era, refers to transmitting words, and other forms of exclusion by the bullies through the virtual network. Cyber bullying will not only seriously damage the victims psychologically and physically but also do great harm to the mental and physical health of the bullies if given enough time. It can even twist their personal behaviors.What’s worse, it is likely to cause social problems, affecting the stability of social order, resulting in social panic. All the time, there search of bullying is normally targeted at adolescents and our countries’academics also concentrate their studies on the primary and middle school students. But the cyber bullying as a special form of bullying, have the possibility to happen to anyone using the network anywhere and anytime. Since the internet plays a significant part in the life of college students who are receiving higher education, the environment they are living in actually provides a perfect platform for cyber bullying.In accordance with the relevant theory, we speculate that when the college students meet troubles which may result in anger or some other emotions,cyber bullying is more likely to happen.Of course, this process arising from setbacks along with anger to result in some behaviors may be influenced by individual’s emotion regulation.Therefore, by referring to related articles about cyber bullying, frustration, anger and emotion regulation, this research put forwards some assumptions and one model. By using questionnaires to collect data, this research studies 1642 undergraduates from four universities in Guang xi Province, as well as using SPSS software for data analysis and discussion. This research aims to clarify the mechanism of action between the four variables, so it can provide beneficial references so as to prevent cyber bullying. The results of this research are as follows:1. In general, the cyber bullying of college students stays at a low level. Active cyber bulling varies greatly with gender, discipline and grade.2. The college students’frustration is at the medium level on the whole. There is a significant difference only in gender and grade.3. The college students’anger is at medium level on the whole. There is a significant difference in gender and discipline.4. College students’emotion regulation is at the medium level on the whole. There is a significant difference in gender, discipline and grade.5. College students’frustration positively has significantly positive correlation with cyber bullying.6. College students’frustration positively has significantly positive correlation with anger.7. College students’anger positively has significantly positive correlation with cyber bullying.8. College students’emotion regulation has significantly passive correlation with cyber bullying.9. College students’anger is the mediator between frustration and cyber bullying.10. College students’emotion regulation adjusts frustration and cyber bullying11. College students’emotion regulation adjusts anger and cyber bullying12.
