The museum education is a kind of general education with features character such as visual, cheerful, openness and autonomy and so on.The Museum should provide services of Fine Arts Education to Primary Schools. It’s important to reach consensus between museums and schools so that the museum-school collaboration can be developed and the arts education in primary schools can be promoted. As being the most representative museum in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Provincial Museum and Hangzhou Arts and Crafts Museum make great efforts to hold museum-school collaboration activities during the last decade. It tried to integrate the resource with the art education of primary school and achieved some goals. But the frequency and efficiency that the museum used by schools in the fine art education is still at a low level. Students don’t have much ways to get the information of educate activities that don’t have good effect. The reasons for these problem are the monotonous patterns of collaboration, lacking of integral course, the teacher don’t have much training, schools are not very into the museum education, the lack of theory knowledge on using the resource in the museum, and the safety of the students. We should know that the collaboration between museum and school is the nature trend of primary fine art education. In the future development, museum can change the way of designing the exhibitions by’Cloud Crowdsourcing’, which can make the teachers and students becoming the curator. The museums can also broaden the means of presentation and training teachers by the new media technology. The primary schools should promote the understanding of the collaboration, introduce the new technologies into class. The teachers should be a good guide to improve the quality of class. The success of the collaboration will be achieved by the mutual efforts of the both side.
