| The study on Learning trajectory is a relatively and new subject of mathematics education in China, and the existing learning trajectory is that a textbook writers’the overall design of the structure of the teaching material, The content of the overall design layers present in the different grade. This article was under the perspective of learning trajectory that selecting the two teachers (a novice teacher, an experienced teacher) to participate in the study, and analyses the teachers’development of MPCK from three aspects:the teachers’knowledge about teaching, teachers about the students’knowledge and knowledge about evaluation.The study design includes by making two teachers teach the same lesson Fraction Divided by an Integer for three times, there is a interview every time before the class and a discussion after class every time. The teachers will adjust their teaching design according to the advice, and they teach the same class again, to discuss and adjust again, Through the research to we want to find out how learning trajectory promoting teacher’s MPCK by promoting the students’learning, pay attention to students’learning path, design the corresponding teaching). Based on the results of the trajectory, we can find the following conclusion:1, The progress in the study of novice teachers in the larger, especially in the knowledge of teaching, knowledge of students.2, The experienced teacher has not get enough development as much as the novice teachers, but also has process.3, Learning trajectory for teachers’ classroom teaching has a lot of inspiration, communication is very important for a few effective after class.Hope that through this study, the better the learning path and teacher professional development together, according to the results of the present study provide Suggestions for teachers MPCK development.Suggestions:1, Compared with the experienced teachers, the navie teachers are weak at grasping the textbooks, the development of students’ cognitive and reaching the designated position. Teachers can more reference in the process of preparing other versions of the teaching material,that can choose the most suitable teaching path.2,Novice teachers understands a student before the class learning can help teachers in the classroom teaching, they can communicate with the experienced teachers to understand the students’ cognitive development and students’ confusion and difficulties.3, Teachers must carry on the classroom teaching practice and reflection. Teachers’ MPCK is in constant development in the process of practice. Teachers’ MPCK guides teacher’s teaching practice, at the same time in the development of MPCK. A similar study for students and teachers are helpful, but relatively larger workload, the selection of cases for class need to be targeted, have twice the result with half the effort. |
