| This paper, from the perspective of sustainable development, examines the cultivation of traditional project school reserve sports talents in Beijing city.Using the condition of traditional project school reserve sports talents as the research object, and using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, analyzing and sorting out the structure status quo, training and competition situation, the combination of physical education, the strategy of sustainable development and other aspects of teaching of reserve sports talents in Beijing city. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the sustainable development of reserve sports talents in Beijing City systematically, explore the impact of restricting elements of the traditional school reserve sports talents cultivation. Put forward the optimization strategy reasonable suggestions and sustainable development, in order to work to help and inspire the cultivation of traditional school sports talent reserve, and strive for the Beijing city sports. Strive for the Beijing sports traditional school reserves and transport more outstanding reserve sports personnel to contribute their own strength.The main conclusions:1.Structure condition: student athletes, mainly concentrated in the direction of the track and filed, track and filed training broad-based; reserve sports talents is obviously in the female gender and multi state, talent in the future athleteselection should put more favor on female; athletes read elementary school accounted for the largest proportion, followed by junior high school, high school and college, the type structure of the traditional school sports is good; reserve personnel of sports level needs to be improved. The training period is relatively reasonable. Traditional project school of education quality and the teaching level is higher.2.The training situation: most of the reserve personnel can clear the traditional school training motivation and diversification; training week 5-6 days of reserve personnel, most of the time, every time is 2 hours, mostly reserve personnel training is coincidental, PE Teachers’ training plan is reasonable;above 90.96% athletes’ training attitude is correct, training enthusiasm is high,the evaluation of training effect(94.53%)is in higher satisfaction; reserve personnel’s own factors are main reasons to affect the effectiveness of training,after training the persons’ relaxation is more optimistic.3.Game condition: reserve personnel(55.18%) a year in race number to 1-2times mainly, 49.30% reserve personnel to participate in the highest level of competition in the following municipal. Predictably, the sports reserve personnel of attending an annual competition is fewer, entry level general, competition and training combination is also not tight enough.4.Teach binding: Reserve talents have realized the importance of culture study, besides, most of them are clear about the future destination. Cultural class learning performance is general. Reserve talents believe that cultural study andphysical training are equally important. School leadership hold the positive attitude on the reserve talent learning. Reserve talents’ culture foundation’s weakness is the main factor which influence the culture course grades.5.Optimization strategy: the layout of the reasonable adjustment of the traditional school structure, improve the level of the traditional school scientific sports training; perfect competition system, upgrade the competition level;establish and improve the “combination of sports and education†of athletes training system. |
