Throughout the history of moral education in our country, the development of moral education promote the social progress. In colleges and universities, however, since the appliance of China’s reform and opening up policy, because of the impact of western culture, traditional methods of moral education in China are facing severe challenges, colleges and universities education teachers have to take the shortcomings of traditional moral education into consideration, and try to explore a new path.From the basis of investigation and study on College Students’Moral situation, the Orient Science and Technology College of Hunan Agricultural University taking the students’practical into account, planning moral education activities rationally and launch the "East" series of activities education system. Regarded this independent college as a research object, compared to freshmen and senior students’ideological and political quality changes, use the basic theories and methods of education ecology, to research and analysis the "Oriental" series of moral education activities.First, from the main factors of ecological subject,the activities’design are taking the motivate and ecological body into consideration which helps to produce the effects of moral education; Second, because of the independent college and normal universities are in a different niche, from this point, the "East" series of activities should deeply think over the independent college students’family circumstances, academic foundation, the impact of lifestyle, design and content of moral education methods also need to consider the deviation on the niche; Third, from the ecological environment factors, the moral body are affected by the combined effects of social ecological, family ecological, schools and other ecological factors. Although moral workers can not change the social and family ecological factors, the "East" series of activities by increasing the schools environmental ecological factors to guide students out of school and get into the society, through ecological compensation, to raise awareness of moral subject, and enhance the school environment affects; Fourth, from ecosystem analysis, the "East" series of activities combined the moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, labor and other mutual integration, emphasizing the integrity of the ecosystem, reciprocity, to overcome the simple, isolated ecological effects; Fifth, from the ecological openness, the "East" series of activities could update the content and methods anytime needed to fully mobilize the initiative of subjects.All in all, the series of activities can activating subjects, optimizing the ecological environment and amplifying the ecological functions. To put the doctrine of "death" of moral education to real change in the "live", and promote the students from "passive" to accept the "active" participation changes, ultimately maintian a ecological balance.
