| Preschool education is an important part of basic education, is the foundation stage of school education system. With the socio-economic and cultural development, along with the socio-economic and cultural development, parents ask more quality education, the old management mode can’t meet today’s development of preschool education, whether it is public kindergartens or private kindergartens in the reform process, some preschool institutions start group management in their subordinate kindergartens by learning business management model. In preschool institutions under group management model, the principal is still the heart of a kindergarten. They are ties which connected the Group headquarters to kindergartens, who is in the middle of the whole group. For Headquarters, principals are the executive and need efficient execution to achieve the group’s objectives; in the kindergarten, they are leaders, who are also a spokesman for the Group headquarters They need excellent leadership and execution to have requirement of the Group headquarters into effect one by one. Therefore, the principal’s execution under group management has two levels, as a principal of the group management, they perform the execution in the work directly related to the level of implementation of the concept of preschool related group, and the direction and purpose as well as a variety of decision-making which can be implemented smoothly, related to the security and quality of the kindergarten.The principal’s execution power of this study refers to the principal as a middle managers of the preschool institutions and a leader of the kindergartens under group management mode, when they implement the concept and the rules, regulations, plans, objectives in the kindergarten, the principal’s comprehensive reflection of the speed, depth and effectiveness. Its core is the ability to make the plan into results. Principal of execution depends on the overall quality of the individual director."The principal of executive power" as the center of this paper, has been comprehensive and systematically studying. First, through the literature review, n analysis of past execution of a representative study concept as the theoretical basis of this paper; and then researched the basic situation and the status of execution based on questionnaires and interviews. The principal’s execution is not satisfactory, mainly in the four aspects:implementation of the principal of attitude is not active; enforcement is not strong and the principal of a slower execution speed. The author further analysis of the situation, come to the principal of insufficient execution under group management model includes three levels:the principal of their overall quality is not high; from the Group headquarters to analyze preschool institutions:mainly the lack of an effective mechanism; from the whole environment i to analyze:the execution environment to be improved.Finally, the author analyzes the above reasons, presents the way to enhance the principal executive power:The principal need to improve their overall quality, so that they are self-confidence, self-consciously, introspection, and strive to become experts, learning, innovation and open principal, the principal need to relate capacities and master the way of efficient execution; the headquarters of the Group is to provide an institutional guarantee, the need to establish an effective mechanism for supervision, assessment and evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanisms and training mechanisms; and finally from the executive culture and faculty members to build good execution environment. |
