The signficance of thesis:the strength training for planter flexers with eccertric training is good to prove planter muscle abilities。 the planter muscle help toe abilities, so can help improve basketball player jump abilities。 toe is at the end of our body, although it is litter, but it have good behaving, the main job of toe is make the toe bend and stretch, support the whole body weigh。 the stretch of planter muscle is influence a lot of part, toe bend and stretch、maintain arch shape、 share the foot pressure、help the big muscle get high strength。the abilities of toe is big influence our life, like run、walk、jump, cast。the purpose of thesis is focus on the planter muscle improve abilities to effect the basketball player jump abilities。The reseach method:12 basketball major student athletes come from beijing sport university is call experiment grope,12 basketball player students come from beijing technology university is call control grope。 6 weeks experiment, two grope both normal strength training and basketball training, but experiment grope give strength training for planter flexers with eccertric training, the control grope is not give this training。 the test is jump abilities and the questionnaire of jump feeling。Research result:1、after 6 weeks latter, the experiment grope jump abilities isimprove,8 peoples jump abilities isimprove 2~8cm。 p=0.03。 the control grope 12 peoples jump abilities is not improve, p=0.08.2、 8 peoples of experiment grope the questionnaire result is improve, the jump feeling is improve、thelanding is more stalilize、the second jump is more fast、the lower limbs can give more strength。4 people is not change。 the control grope 12 peoples the jump abilities and jump feeling is not change after 6 weeks。Research conclusion:1、the strength training for planter flexers with eccertric training is good for basketball player, it can improve basketball player jump abilities, suggest can put this training to athlete daily strength training, as a replenish training。 2、the strength training for planter flexers with eccertric training is can improve athlete jump courage, reduce subjective tired feeling, so can good to training and match。...
