For a long time of research on creativity, there have been various kinds of literature shows that the level of creativity can be acquired trained. In this paper, I want to train the experimental research on the cultivation of teenagers’ creativity in ShanghaiThis study is divided into two parts:The first study is the investigation study. The research object is the overall level of creative of 720 people in Shanghai from grade five in primary school to grade one in senior high school. This study try to research the influence of the age on creativity and the influence of gender difference on creativity. This Study used T test of independent samples and single factor analysis of variance to analyze the data collected by the students through the Williams Creativity Scale(WCS).The second study is the experimental study. The aim of this study was to explore the methods of cultivating students’ creativity through the independent development of the school based curriculum through the <Creative Meeting>. The study mainly uses the experiment, taking the grade five students as the experiment object, the experiment class carries on the creativity training, and compared with the comparison class’ s experiment with pre-measurement and post-measurement by using “Torrance Tests of Creative Thinkingâ€(TTCT) China revised edition the language division. This study is using Paired-samples T test.Through the above two studies, the following conclusions are mainly studied:1. Yangpu District primary and middle school students creative thinking tendency of the status quo.2. Ages and gender differences in the impact of creative thinking.3. Through training can improve the students’ creative thinking.4. <Creative meeting> course can cultivate students’ creative thinking through practice.Through the research of this paper, the conclusion shows that, under the existing education system, the creative thinking of the primary and middle school students in Yangpu District is in a downward trend, and the gender difference is not obvious after high school. But there was a significant difference between the students under 16 years of age and the female was gradually decreasing, while the male was gradually increasing. Through the <Creative Meeting> training courses for the students, the creative thinking greatly enhanced, showed a significant upward trend, and flexibility and originality increased by a big margin. The student trained by the course has the certain identification of creative thin king. So in China as an innovative talent training environment, Yangpu District, Shanghai as a city of innovation to attract innovative talents under the premise, the introduction of teenagers’ creativity training courses and activities can greatly enhance the level and ability of teenagers’ creativity thinking. |
