Calisthenics implementation team of professional and technical teacher training needs to be further improved, outdated training, the training effect is not significant; teachers lack special training evaluation system.4. Lack of Calisthenics Course uniform materials, syllabus guidance role of teaching and evaluation work is not prominent, teaching contents scattered, not the system, outdated teaching methods and means.5. aerobics specific training needs elementary school, junior high school physical education curriculum segment pave the way to enhance students’ understanding of the project, to build a more comprehensive curriculum.6. The main factors affect the Shanghai High School Calisthenics Course:boring teaching methods, can not mobilize the enthusiasm of the students; the lack of highly specialized aerobics teacher; teaching contents and program development, student demands these days.7.
