The researches have shown that,communication problems is a big obstacle and obsession of adapt to the environment to severe and multiple disabilities,even have big influence to keep on developing of other abilities of children with visual and other disabilities.As one of multiple disabilities,the development of communication ability of the children with visual and other disabilities is slow.It would have big influence to their social adaptation,so need to it can be effectively improved urgently,in order to adapt to the surrounding environment better.The effect of milieu teaching on the communication behavior of the children with visual impairment and other disabilities, analysis and summary the possible influence factors when using milieu teaching on communication behavior of children with visual impairment and other disabilities. For this purpose, the single-subject,A-B-A’ withdraw design was adopted, to carry out the relevant work for two object of study who have simple language expression and understanding ability.In the study,the milieu teaching as the independent variable,the change of communication behavior of children with visual impairment and other disabilities as dependent variable,through the milieu teaching have intervened or not, investigating the change of objects of study.The research design(A-B-A’),A stand for baseline,just observe to communication behavior of objects,B stand for intervention,observe change after milieu teaching intervention,A’as maintenance,it begin in two weeks after the intervention period,investigation intervention effect of milieu teaching after it pull out.The data were collected during baseline, intervention and maintenance. Visual analysis and C statistics were used to analysis data of this research, thus know afterthe milieu teaching intervention,two objects the change of appropriate communication behavior ("demand" " help" " attention"),the change of inappropriate communication behavior.Otherwise using other observational data and social validity as supplement. The main findings of this study are follows:1、Milieu teaching on increasing appropriate communication behavior("demand""help" attention") and decreasing exceptional communication behaviors of children with visual impairment and other disabilities has immediate effect.2、Two weeks After the end of the milieu teaching,Milieu teaching on increasing appropriate communication behavior("demand""help" attention") and decreasing exceptional communication behaviors was maintained to children with visual impairment and other disabilities,but it remains to be further research to maintain the effect more than two weeks.3、Parents factors, the specialty of individual, the characteristics of milieu teaching and so on may influence the effectiveness of milieu teaching on communication behavior of children with visual impairment and other disabilities, the need pay attention to these in the process.
